NEW GARAGE EXCAVATION FOOTINGS & FOUNDATION WALLS | JCB and SONS
New Garage excavation, footings, & foundation walls | JCB & SONS. We had
come excavate and put a brand new foundation in for our 24'-0" x 36'-0" Garage in
This big Hi-Hoe made short work of excavating for the new footings.
The footings are poured wider than the wall to make a strong base to carry the new building, and are dug down below the frost line. The groove in the centre is called the key and is used to tie the walls into the footings.

used to fasten down the new garage we are building.

for the septic. This sleeve will help protect the white 3" PVC but will also allow for the weeping bed pipe to be replaced if necessary in the future without having to remove the garage floor.
