West Grey floor pour for 24' x 36' garage | JCB & SONS.  

The Miller Group

brought us our concrete.

 Testing the power screed before we get started.

 The concrete was all poured,

screeded

and floated ready for the

power trowel

.

  We installed

Typar

house wrap on the garage so that it would be ready to be insulated in the future.

The same siding as on the house was installed on the new garage to insure a good match to the customers home.

 We got new horizontal slider windows & doors from

Strassburger

for this garage also.

ROOF FRAMING IS ALMOST DONE IN WEST GREY | JCB and SONS

Roof framing is almost done in West Grey | JCB & SONS.  The trusses are set and ready for fascia boards

 Birds eye view of our new trusses set and braced for the night.

 Look outs are installed and fascia boards are on.  We even have one side almost sheeted with new 1/2" Spruce Plywood.

Took the opportunity to take a picture of the new shingle roof and skylights we installed last September for this customer.
