We have started to install the Steel Siding on the West Wall so we can move our

scaffolding to other locations on the building.

We added a step in the profile of the fascia board to dress up the face of the building

and add to the commercial look of this project.

Here is a photo the our new scaffolding set up and ready to start installing the

new steel trims. We actually ended up shimming this West wall out 6" in places

to make it plumb and straight for the new siding.

The South wall is ready for windows and trims. The Patio Door on the right

side of the South wall will be being removed and a window will be installed

there too.

We install the new Strassburger windows on the North Wall. It's now ready for trims and siding.

Cutting the brick, getting ready for repairs! We had a busy day today. The back of the building is in need of a lot of work after removing the old addition which was in very bad shape. The brick needed to be cut so we can prepare for repairs to the brick and the new steel siding.

The lower portion is the front of the Commercial Space, the upper portion is an Apartment.

There was an addition removed from the back and a lot of brick repair work needed.

As you can see we have already started replacing the old rotten fascia and soffit. You can see the new fascia board and look outs added to give strength to the roof eave.

There were no steel lintels installed over openings and as you can see there is cracking.

The patio door will be removed here as structural repairs to the triple brick wall over the patio door are necessary due to the condition of the brick.
