Grey Highlands Brand New Veranda | JCB & Sons
This brand new veranda was done by Christian Bender and JCB & Sons. It is replacing an old veranda which was removed due to pour structure and an aged appearance. The new veranda turned out beautifully with porch posts, spindles, and railings from
just outside of Durham.

Christian Bender and the JCB & Son's crew did this soffit and fascia job in July. The results turned out great! They did a non-perforated soffit on the veranda because it did not require the ventilation like a house. Plus it looks great!
HANOVER, DURHAM, OWENSOUND BACKHOE SERVICES | JCB & SONS
Christian Bender is using the JCB & Son's backhoe to excavate a trench from the hydro pole (seen above) to a house. The reason for the trench is there is an overhead hydro line, which will be going underground and removed from sight. Ontario Hydro and Statlander Electric out of Hanover will be doing the hookup!
